MonthlyRemote is the easy option. Most issues I can sort out online the same day, with no travel fee — usually faster and cheaper than a site visit. I'll always let you know if something genuinely needs me on-site.
Minimum charge. Support is billed in one-hour blocks, with one hour as the minimum. Quick fixes under 15 minutes I generally don't bill separately — I roll them up.
